I'm having a frustrating issue with Disney Plus on my Lenovo laptop running Windows 11. It works perfectly on all our other devices, but on this laptop, I only get a blank screen with a menu at the bottom when I try to access it. I've tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, disabled ad blockers, and I'm not using a VPN. Disney Plus support couldn't figure it out either. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?

Have you tried installing the Disney Plus app from the Microsoft Store? Sometimes the app works better than the browser.
You're not alone! I have the exact same problem with my setup. It's really annoying, and I'm still looking for a solution too.
