Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on a couple of gaming PC options. I'm considering a build with a 1700 PC that comes with a 5080 and a 9800x3d, versus another option that costs $1500 which includes a 9070 XT and also a 9800x3d. Both setups have the same RAM and storage. I'm currently using a 3060 and feel like it's time to upgrade, but I'm not very familiar with the differences in performance, especially with AMD GPUs. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

If you check the specs, the 9070 XT gives you about 20% more power for just 13% extra cost. Plus, it performs much better with ray tracing and has a solid feature set. It sounds like a great deal unless you meant to say $2700 instead of $1700!
The price increase for the 5080 is pretty minor compared to the performance boost it offers. I’d say go for the 5080 setup; it’s definitely worth the extra cash!
Awesome! Thanks for the advice!
Honestly, the 5080 is an incredible deal right now. If you find it for a good price, definitely grab it! Share the link so others looking for a new PC can benefit too!
Of course! Here's the link: https://www.microcenter.com/product/698877/powerspec-g757-gaming-pc (it’s $1759 for me because of a grand opening deal).

Nope, it's definitely $1700 from Microcenter! They're having some great doorbuster deals.
