I'm wondering if the Ryzen 5 5600 will bottleneck the RTX 5060 graphics card. Alternatively, would it be better to go for the RX 7600 instead?

Nah, you really don’t need to stress about bottlenecking unless you're pairing a super expensive GPU with a cheap CPU. The 5600 is a solid processor and should work just fine with the RTX 5060.
Totally agree! Bottlenecking is often overstated. I'm using a 5900X with an RTX 5080, and while there's always a more powerful CPU out there, my setup runs smoothly without any issues.
