I've been out of the PC building game for over 10 years and I've done some research over the last three weeks to create a build. I'm looking for feedback on whether any of the components are concerning or if I should consider switching to different brands or models. Here's my planned setup:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core - $449.00
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE - $34.90
- **Motherboard**: MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI - $189.99
- **Memory**: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB DDR5-6000 CL30 - $229.99
- **Storage**: Gigabyte AORUS Gen4 7300 2 TB NVME SSD - $149.99
- **Video Card**: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB - $379.99
- **Case**: Montech XR ATX Mid Tower - $69.90
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A750GL 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular - $87.99

**Total Cost**: $1591.75. Any thoughts?

Honestly, you don’t really need an X3D CPU if you’re pairing it with a 9060XT. Look into getting a 7600X or even a 9600X to save some cash, then spend the extra on a better GPU like the 9070XT.

I think you should consider downgrading the CPU to the 7800X3D. That way, you can put the savings towards upgrading your video card to a 9070. It might give you a better overall balance for gaming performance.

It seems like the GPU could bottleneck the CPU. I suggest reallocating some budget to beef up the video card. Overall, it's a solid build, just needs a bit of fine-tuning for performance.

Yeah, especially these days, I think if your GPU isn’t the priciest component, you might be making a mistake.
