Help! Someone is Controlling My Computer Remotely!

I just had a shocking experience! My PC was on, and out of nowhere, I noticed my mouse moving around, but I wasn't touching it. Apparently, some unknown person was accessing my computer live! I'm really freaked out. How is this even possible? Did I accidentally approve something without realizing it, or did I open a malicious file? I have no clue what's happening. What should I do immediately? Any guidance would really help! I even recorded some footage of it here: https://youtu.be/c-g3B8oAa2w

First things first, you should reinstall Windows using a USB stick. After that, change all your passwords and enable two-factor authentication everywhere you can. Make sure to remove any unknown devices from your accounts as well. Also, consider using a password manager to keep everything safe. That should help secure your system!

It sounds like you might have a remote access tool like AnyDesk installed, which allows someone else to control your PC. If you didn’t give anyone permission, that’s concerning. Check for that in your installed applications. If you’re not sure how it got there, it's possible someone tricked you into it. Also, go to Settings > System > Remote Desktop and make sure it's turned off. Security first!

But I didn’t give access to anyone! How did they manage to connect? My screen was black—could they see everything?
