I'm looking to use my custom-built PC with my 65-inch OLED TV in my bedroom for gaming, but my PC is in my office. I know I could use an HDMI switch to connect it, but I'm wondering how to connect a game controller without constantly having to reconnect things. Would running a long male-to-female USB cable to my TV work without causing packet loss? Are there any good solutions out there? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I stream my games to the TV using the Steam Link app, and I have my PS4 controller hooked up directly to the TV via Bluetooth. It works like a charm for me! As long as your TV supports Bluetooth, you should have no latency issues. I've been playing PGA 2K25 with no hiccups, thanks to my solid internet connection for both the PC and TV.

I've tried Moonlight too, but it can be hit or miss. Even with good internet, I still get random disconnects that ruin the experience.
