I'm looking for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions that are tailored for AI applications. Specifically, I want something that evaluates prompts at a semantic level, rather than just blocking content. Ideally, this system would assess prompts against certain policies, such as identifying PII or ensuring relevance, before allowing them to go through.

DefensX offers what you're looking for, and it even supports custom regex.
I don't see why DLP for prompts would be fundamentally different from DLP used elsewhere. It should have similar capabilities.
I was just wondering if there are tailored solutions that allow for custom restrictions, like blocking PII or relevance checks.
I’ve heard good things about FortiDLP as well.
Have you personally tried using it?
I'm also really interested in this topic! It seems like a crucial area as AI tools become more popular.
If there's an agent installed on an endpoint, it should be able to monitor and control inputs wherever needed. From my experience years ago, Symantec had tools that could recognize data being inputted in various environments like browsers and documents. I don't see why it should be any different now. Is that not the case?
I think you're right! I was curious if there are existing solutions that can manage what's typed into prompts on AI platforms, like gamma.

That's interesting! Do you need to set up the keywords manually, or do they provide templates you can use?
