Hey everyone! I got a PC built for me back in 2020, and it's been awesome to use. But now that it's about five years old, I've heard it might be time for some upgrades since parts can start slowing down. I no longer have contact with the person who built it, and I'm pretty clueless about any of this. Do you think I could learn to upgrade my PC on my own in a few weeks? If so, which parts should I be looking to upgrade? Thanks in advance for your help!

Right now, it's a tough time to upgrade RAM since prices for DDR5 are super high. If you only need more DDR4, that’s a bit more manageable. Just go with what fits your needs and budget!
Honestly, without knowing more about your current specs, it's hard to give solid advice. You might want to check your system info to see what you are working with. Here’s a good guide on checking your computer specs: howtogeek.com/810321/how-to-check-computer-specs/

Yeah, I think I can find some of that info in my system. Fingers crossed!
