I recently wiped my computer clean (I do this about once a year for a fresh start), and since then, I've been getting repeated pop-up requests from Windows asking for my location. This is the third or fourth time it's happened with various apps, and despite hitting 'no' each time, it just keeps asking. I really don't want Windows tracking my location. I would consider switching to Linux, but some of my favorite games aren't compatible with it. By the way, I had to take a picture because my screenshot function wasn't working!

It looks like the requests are coming from the apps you have installed rather than Windows itself. When those apps try to access location services, they trigger that pop-up asking for permission. It's a good safety measure since you get to decide which apps can track you. Just check to see which app is requesting the location, and consider if you want to allow that access.
Have you tried going to the settings and disabling location services? If you haven't done that yet, Windows might already have your location stored, and it keeps asking whenever an app tries to access that info.
I did check the settings, and location services are turned off.

But why is it happening now? It never popped up until a few days ago when I wiped my computer.
