I'm trying to find the best value GPU for 1440p gaming. Given the current market prices, which graphics card offers the best deal? Here are a few cards I'm considering:

For the prices listed, I think the RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB is the best value compared to the RX 9060 XT. You’re getting Nvidia's features for just an extra $40, which is worth it. While the 5070 is okay for high refresh 1440p, the 9070 XT gives you better performance for just $80 more than the 5070, so if you’re considering that range, the 9070 XT is the way to go.
I’ve seen the 9070 XT for $570 at MicroCenter. If that’s accessible to you, it’s a solid deal for the performance you get. Definitely a better option than the 5070 which feels overpriced at $500 when the 9070 XT is just a tad more.
