I'm using Windows 11 with a Ryzen 9 7950X processor at 4.5GHz, an Nvidia 4070Ti Super graphics card, and 32GB of RAM. Despite having all this power, my PC feels sluggish when playing games like ARC Raiders (where I usually get 130-180fps) and Fortnite (200-300fps). I have everything set to low settings and full screen, and I keep all my drivers up to date. What could be causing this slow performance?

What resolution are you running your games at? If you're playing at a lower resolution like 1920x1080p, your GPU might not be fully utilized, which could affect performance.
One thing to consider is that lowering your graphics settings can sometimes limit your GPU’s capabilities. It might be worth trying to increase the settings a bit and see if that makes a difference. Also, using the Nvidia app to optimize your game settings could help enhance performance.

I will give that a try, thank you!
