My motherboard recently malfunctioned, and I'm considering an upgrade for both it and my CPU. Right now, I have an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8-Core paired with a Prime A320M-K. I'd like to keep my budget under £300 ($392). Also, my graphics card is a 1660 Super, so I want to make sure that fits with my new setup. Any recommendations?

Check out this build suggestion: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/HmhVJM. It should work well within your budget! If you want to go a bit higher, there's another option that will let you upgrade to AM5 and DDR5, although it’s a bit over your budget at the moment. RAM prices are pretty wild right now too: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/PvtF74.

I’m not really great with hardware. Are there any compatibility issues I should be concerned about with the first option? Will my current DDR4 RAM and my GPU still work with it, or do I need to check specific details?
