I'm upgrading from an RTX 2060 to a new RTX 5060 Ti 16GB on my Tomahawk Wifi X570 motherboard, paired with a Corsair 650i PSU. I'm having trouble because I can't get any video signal from the 5060—it's showing a consistent VGA debug light. Since I'm using a 5700x3d CPU without integrated graphics, I can't get a signal from the motherboard either. I've already tried using DDU in safe mode, reseating the RAM, and doing a BIOS and CMOS reset, but nothing seems to help. I'm stuck and not sure what to try next.

Regarding the UEFI update for the Nvidia 5060, it’s strange that it claims your device is unsupported. Since your old GPU is working fine and you’ve just updated your BIOS, it might be worth checking the compatibility list on Nvidia’s website for your motherboard and GPU combo to see if there’s a known issue.
It sounds like you've tried a lot already! One thing you could try is discharging the motherboard fully. Unplug it, then hold down the power button for about 10 seconds and take out the CMOS battery for around 10 minutes. Make sure to boot with just one stick of RAM and no drives connected to see if you can get a video output. Also, check if there’s a BIOS update available that might help with compatibility for your new GPU.
