I was in the hospital for three weeks, and my phone was turned off during that time. Many people tried to reach me, but I didn't receive any texts they sent. Is there a way to access those messages? It's really important to me.

Unfortunately, if the texts weren't delivered while your phone was off, you probably won't be able to access them. Most cellular companies only try to deliver messages for a limited time before considering them as undeliverable. For many carriers, that's typically 48 to 72 hours, but some, like T-Mobile and Verizon, might keep them for up to a week.
When I turn my phone back on, my texts and emails come through immediately, as long as I don't have any auto-delete settings. Have you checked your settings to see if that's enabled? It might help you get those messages if they were held.

That's interesting! I used to have T-Mobile, and I received messages even after being off for a while. I guess it varies by carrier.
