I've got a Dell laptop that seems to be stuck. The power button lights up and the keyboard feels warm, but I can't turn it on or off. I closed it before sleeping and now it's not responsive. Any suggestions?

Have you tried holding down the power button for about 10 seconds? That usually helps reset things when a laptop is unresponsive. After that, give it another shot and see if it powers back on!

What about holding the power button for 30 seconds instead? That can sometimes do the trick if the 10-second method doesn't work. Just make sure to check if the power button stops glowing after that.
Yeah, after 30 seconds it stopped shining, but not sure if it helped.
