Low FPS in Games with My Setup – What’s Going Wrong?

I've got a pretty decent gaming setup with an RTX 4060, a Ryzen 5 5500, and 16GB of RAM. However, I'm struggling to get a good frame rate in games like Fortnite and Call of Duty, even when I set the graphics to low. I'm hitting around 100 frames and often dipping below that, which seems low compared to others with similar systems getting almost double. I'd love to understand what might be causing this issue.

First things first, what's your actual resolution? Are you using any performance enhancements like DLSS? I’ve noticed that Fortnite’s graphics settings can be pretty demanding, so double-check those. Getting 100 FPS on Warzone with the 4060 isn't bad if you're playing at 1440p, so that might explain your lower numbers if you're on a higher resolution.

I'm at 1200x900 using legacy performance mode, which gives me about 80-120 FPS, but it dips quite a bit. At 1080p for Warzone, I see about 70-80 FPS on the lowest settings.
