Why is Enhanced Session Grayed Out on My Hyper-V?

Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with Hyper-V on my Windows 11 machine. I created a virtual machine that was working great with my drives connected, but now I can't seem to get it to function properly. I tried following some vague instructions online to fix it and messed around with the Hyper-V settings, but that hasn't solved the issue. Specifically, the Enhanced Session option is grayed out, and I also attempted to toggle Microsoft Hello, but I can't even get the settings to load for that. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

I actually had a similar situation where I had to roll back my Hyper-V settings. I found that reverting to the first checkpoint really helped get things working again. Have you tried that yet? As for the audio issue, sometimes it's just a matter of reinstalling the audio drivers on your VM, so check that too.

It sounds frustrating! Sometimes the Enhanced Session option can get disabled if certain settings in your BIOS aren't configured correctly or if there are driver issues. Make sure your virtualization settings are enabled in the BIOS and check for any Windows updates or driver updates that might fix compatibility problems. If you still can’t get it to work, consider reverting to a previous state where everything functioned well and see if that helps.
