I'm looking for something mainly for basic streaming and video editing, but I'm not focused on AI or anything too CPU-intensive besides games like RDR2, ER, and WUKONG. My budget is around £2k, and I'm planning to pair it with a B850 motherboard and a 5070. Just want to ensure I have enough future-proofing to last for another 5-7 years.
