Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on picking a new GPU for my girlfriend. She's been having issues with her current GPU, and we've decided it's time for an upgrade. She mainly wants to play games without any hiccups over the next few years, especially InZoi on high settings! Her budget is around $400, and we're currently considering the 4060 or the RX 7600, with a slight preference for the 4060 since it's cheaper where we are. Her current setup is pretty modest, but she's thinking of upgrading her CPU eventually. Here are her specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X, Display: Full HD, and GPU: 1060 6GB. If we do decide to upgrade her CPU soon, we'd be looking at an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, a 2k display, and the 4060 GPU. Is this a decent mid-range setup, or should we be looking at something else?

You might want to reconsider the CPU upgrade. To swap from the 1600X to the 7600X, you’ll need a new motherboard and RAM because the later models require DDR5. Have you checked if that fits your budget? Another option could be to stick with the 5700X or a 5700X3D since they’re compatible without replacing too much.
