Help! My Windows 11 is Black Screening with GPU Installed

I just built a new PC with the following components: Asus Prime b850 Plus CSM motherboard, R7 7800X3D CPU, MSI INSPIRE 5070 TI GPU, Corsair RM850x PSU, Crucial 32GB RAM (16x2) CL36 6000MHz, and a Crucial 1TB m.2 SSD. After installing Windows 11, I ran into a black screen issue. Without the GPU in the PCIe 16 slot, everything works perfectly. But when I install the GPU, the PC boots to the login screen, but then it goes black, allowing me to see the date, time, and move the mouse cursor, but nothing else. Eventually, the screen turns black again. I've tried changing PCIe settings to Gen 4 and Gen 3, made sure everything is seated correctly, and even reflashed the BIOS. Despite that, I can't get it to function properly with the GPU. Can anyone help me out with what might be going on?

It sounds like there might be a problem with the GPU itself or the way it's communicating with the motherboard. Double-check the power connections to the GPU and ensure it's using adequate power from the PSU. Also, if you can, try testing the GPU in another PC to see if it works there.

When you add the GPU, remember to switch your HDMI cable from the motherboard to the GPU itself. If you don't, you might still get the display from the motherboard but freeze or black screen when it tries to utilize the GPU. Make sure your GPU is seated well in the PCIe slot too!
