Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my Skillsta subscription. I signed up for a trial about 5 days ago, and I remember them saying they would email me to confirm before the trial expired. However, after I cancelled the trial, I noticed that I was still charged for the annual subscription. I attempted to request a refund through the Apple website, but it hasn't gone through. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice?

A tip for everyone: you can end your trial anytime, but cancelling it right before the renewal doesn’t mean you'll get a refund. If you signed up for a 7-day trial, you’ll still enjoy the full week regardless of when you cancel. To request a refund, check out reportaproblem.apple.com. If you act quickly, you might have some luck getting your money back, but keep in mind that if you've used any purchases, that could complicate refunds.
Thanks for the info! I've tried the refund request through Apple’s site a couple of times. They just say it’s not refundable. This app feels like a scam.
Just a heads up, you need to cancel those trials at least 24 hours before the charge hits. Hopefully, this will serve as a lesson for future subscriptions!
But I got charged right when I started the trial!
It’s puzzling, right? If it’s labeled as a ‘trial,’ it seems unfair that it can't be refunded if you cancel before it ends!
Well, it's a 7-day trial, so it sounds like you haven’t hit the end yet.

Do you know if Apple still gives refunds if I request within 3 days? I got charged on Friday, but just noticed today.
