I don't really know much about computers, but I was playing a game and had to tab out for a moment. When I came back, my computer froze, so I had to force it to shut down. Now, every time I turn it on, it goes into automatic repair and gets stuck on 'repairing disk errors.' It fails and brings me back to a troubleshoot screen. I'm really upset about this and want to be able to use my computer again. Can anyone help me?

First, try checking the health of your hard drive using a tool like CrystalDiskInfo. If your computer won’t boot at all, you might need to connect the drive to another computer to check it. That way, you can see if there's any issue with the drive itself.
If you have multiple RAM sticks, one of them might be faulty. I had a similar issue where it turned out to be a bad RAM stick. If you can, check each stick individually to see if one is causing the problem.
If this all sounds too complicated, it's probably a good idea to take your computer to a local repair shop. They can help assess the drive and determine if you need a replacement.
