I recently removed my CPU to replace the thermal paste and while I was at it, I cleaned some dust off my GPU. When I put everything back together and powered on my PC, the fans and lights turn on, but my monitor won't display anything and my keyboard and mouse aren't working at all. I'm pretty stuck here. I've even tried taking out the CMOS battery for a few minutes and putting it back, but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

When you say it boots, do you mean just the fans are spinning and the power lights are on? If that's the case, it's likely not posting. You might want to check if the CPU is doing okay; if you have the old one, try swapping it back in to rule out any issues with the new one.
Have you tried booting the PC without the GPU? Just connect your monitor directly to the motherboard instead. Also, ensure all cables are securely connected—something could have come loose while you were cleaning. If you have access to another PC, testing your components there could help isolate which part is problematic.
