How Can I Get the USB-C Port on My NZXT H9 Case to Work?

I'm having trouble with the USB-C port on my NZXT H9 case. I believe my motherboard is an older model, specifically the MSI MPG Z490, and I think the connector might not match. Is there an adapter that I can use to make it work? The only connection available on the motherboard that I see for the NZXT H9 case is the JUSBC1.

From what I've seen, you might need a specific adapter for the JUSBC1 connection to work properly. Here's a link for a reference image that can help you identify the right adapter you need: ![USB-C image](https://imgur.com/DnLGX39). Let me know if you have any other questions!

Could you share which model of the NZXT H9 you have? That would help! And just to confirm, is your MSI MPG Z490 motherboard the Gaming Carbon model? If you're unsure, posting pictures can really clarify things. It sounds like you're on the right track with the JUSBC1 connection though.
