Trouble Connecting Microsoft Apps on Startup

I've been experiencing issues where my Microsoft apps, specifically OneDrive and Copilot, often fail to connect when I boot up my laptop, which is running the latest version of Windows 11 Home. OneDrive frequently shows a sign-in error, and while it sometimes manages to connect on its own, other times it does not. Restarting OneDrive seems to help occasionally, but it's quite inconsistent. I've also noticed that Copilot signs out until OneDrive connects, leading me to believe there's a connection issue affecting both apps. I've been dealing with this problem for over a year now, despite resetting credentials, reinstalling OneDrive, and even doing a full Windows reinstall. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated since I rely on OneDrive to sync my assignments between my laptop and desktop.

Have you checked if there are any conflicting sign-ins in your credential manager? Since you mentioned having an old Microsoft email linked, it might be trying to log in with that instead of your current one. It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting, but double-checking your saved credentials could help clear things up.

Yes! I had a similar issue where my old credentials confused the system. Clearing them out really helped me with my logins.

Also, remember that sometimes startup apps can interfere with OneDrive and other Microsoft services. You could try disabling unnecessary startup programs to see if it helps with the connection on boot. It might not be directly related, but it’s worth a shot!
