Help! My Laptop Won’t Connect to WiFi Despite Other Devices Working

I'm having a weird issue with my laptop that runs Windows. It's the only device not connecting to the WiFi, which works fine on all my other devices. I've tried restarting both my laptop and the internet box, forgetting the WiFi network and reconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, and even resetting my laptop completely. Still, no luck getting a connection; it just shows 'secured' but won't actually connect.

Have you tried a Winsock reset? Here’s how: Open Command Prompt as an administrator, type 'netsh winsock reset', and press Enter. Then run 'netsh int ip reset' and restart your laptop. This might do the trick!

I just did that, and it didn't help. I'm still showing no internet connection, just 'secured'. By the way, my WiFi network appears as 'Wi-Fi 2'—could that mean anything?
