First off, definitely start with upgrading your PSU before making any GPU changes. As for the graphics cards, your choice depends on what you want to do with your setup. If you're mainly gaming, the RTX 3070 or the RTX 5060 would be solid picks. The RTX 5060 has lower power consumption, but performance-wise, they are quite close.
