Troubleshooting No Internet Access: Is It a DNS Issue?

I'm having trouble connecting to the internet on my computer. Despite being connected to the Wi-Fi, it always shows 'No Internet. Secured.' The troubleshooter suggested it might be a DNS issue, and I've tried a bunch of things: restarting my computer and Wi-Fi, checking the IPv4 settings, changing DNS servers (like Google's and Cloudflare's), flushing the DNS cache, resetting Winsock and the TCP/IP stack, and even doing a network reset. I also verified that I can ping my router and 8.8.8.8 successfully. I attempted to connect through a phone hotspot but had no luck either. I even went as far as reinstalling Windows. Is this definitely a DNS problem, or does it feel like there's something wrong with my computer? I just want to get online!

It really sounds like you've done a thorough job troubleshooting! Given all the steps you've taken, DNS does seem like a likely suspect. Can you run 'ipconfig /all' and share the results? Remember to mask your MAC address for privacy.

You've covered all the basic troubleshooting steps! It might be worth checking your hosts file to see if there are any unusual entries. Ideally, it should be blank. That could help clear up the DNS confusion.
