I recently got a customized prebuilt PC, and I'm having trouble with the display. Whenever I connect my monitor to the GPU, I get no signal. However, when I connect it to the motherboard, everything works fine. At first, I thought the GPU was faulty, but it shows up in the device manager, and I even ran a benchmark test that it passed. After that, I tried switching the HDMI connection back to the GPU, but still no signal. I've also checked different cables and confirmed they aren't the issue. Any advice?

Have you checked the BIOS settings? Sometimes, there’s an option to select which video card you want to use. If you have a Gigabyte motherboard like mine, this setting could be under the PCIe configuration area.

I looked, but I didn't find anything related to the GPU settings. I only saw options for CPU, RAM, and my cooler. Maybe I'm just not familiar enough with BIOS to find it.
