With your budget, you could likely snag a prebuilt PC featuring a 5060 graphics card and an i5 or even a 7800x3d. I just bought an iBUYPOWER system with a 7800x3d and 5070 from Walmart for around $1400, which was a great deal. You should check out various retailers for the best price!
Thanks for the tip! I found a couple of prebuilt options at Best Buy: one with an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F and a 5060 Ti, and another from iBUYPOWER with an Intel i7 and a 5060. Are these worth their price?
