I've been stuck trying to resolve an issue with my Microsoft 365 Business account for two and a half years, and it feels like I'm hitting a wall with their support. I've tried connecting with a real person, but I only encounter bots that don't help. Despite not having access to my account, they keep charging me monthly, which feels unfair and frustrating. Wow, 2.5 years without access? That's pretty wild. It sounds like you should've just charged back the payments after a while. Not sure why you let it drag on this long. Better to have canceled earlier if you weren't getting any support.
