I'm building my first gaming PC and had some help picking out components. I'm looking to double-check my selections before I place an order. Here's the part list I have so far:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Digital EVO
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ATX AM5
- **Memory**: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
- **Storage**: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2 NVME SSD
- **Video Card**: Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB
- **Case**: HYTE Y60 ATX Mid Tower
- **Power Supply**: MSI MAG A850GL 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular

The total cost is around £1770. I recently updated the list as I initially had too much RAM. I'm aiming for 32GB for my needs. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Your setup looks really solid! If you can get that Crucial RAM at that price, it's a great deal. Just a heads up, you might want to consider the Ryzen 7 7700X instead of the 9700X. It's generally cooler and not much more expensive, so it might be worth checking out. Happy building!

Good point! The 7700X does have some advantages. If you're looking to keep your build cool, that could be a smart switch.

Overall, this build seems great! Just a tip: I would swap the 9070 XT for an XFX Swift if possible, as it typically runs cooler, especially concerning the VRAM temps. It's a solid card!
