Trouble with RAM Installation on ASRock Motherboard

I'm having some issues with my ASRock B450 Pro4 R2.0 motherboard while trying to install two 32GB 3200MHz RAM sticks. I've placed them in the second and fourth slots, but every time I power on the PC, it just keeps turning on and off, without displaying anything on the screen. I also tried installing them in the first and third slots, but that didn't help either. The only time the system works is when I put the RAM sticks in the first and second slots, although I still have to tweak the RAM's MHz settings to 3200 in the BIOS. Is there a way to get these sticks to work in dual channel mode, or should I consider getting a new motherboard?

You might want to try using just one RAM stick in the third or fourth slot. It should boot with the standard 2133MHz speed or, if compatible, you can set it to the XMP 3200MHz in BIOS. If those slots still don’t work, they might be faulty. I’ve had a motherboard before that ruined one of the RAM slots, even though the RAM was perfectly fine.

Yeah, I tried that but it didn't work in either of those slots. Does this mean I need to get a new motherboard?
