I'm new to building PCs and I need some guidance on RAM compatibility. I recently purchased Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM, specifically the model CMH32GX5M2B6400C32W. However, I noticed on Corsair's website that it's marketed for Intel motherboards. I'm using a MAG B850 Tomahawk Max WiFi motherboard paired with a Ryzen 7800X3D processor. Could this RAM cause any compatibility issues? I've checked the QVL list but didn't find my RAM listed there.

You should be fine, but you might have to adjust some subtimings or voltage settings to get everything optimized since there’s no EXPO support. If you need to make those adjustments, ZenTimings can help you monitor your setup. Here’s a helpful video for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlYxmRcdLVw
There’s really no such thing as RAM being exclusively for Intel or AMD; that’s just marketing. Your RAM might have XMP support, which is an overclocking preset for Intel, or maybe both XMP and EXPO for AMD. With yours being DDR5, it should work well—just enable XMP and it’ll likely kick in at the proper speed without issues. In rare cases, you might have to tweak some settings manually, but chances are good it’ll just work!
Thanks for the reassurance! I noticed that my motherboard has A-XMP, which is similar to XMP, so I think I'm good to go. I was mostly worried about potential stability problems.
Don’t worry about the QVL too much. It’s just a list of RAM that’s been tested with your motherboard. Not being on that list doesn’t mean your RAM won’t work; it simply hasn’t been tested yet.

Thanks for the tip! Since my motherboard has A-XMP, I'm feeling more confident about compatibility.
