My friend is really determined to find a specific motherboard that has PCIe 4.0 x8-x8 support. He heard there's one available for around $150, but he's never actually seen it in action. The only ones we've found are priced at about $500, and he won't start gaming until he gets proof or a link to this $150 board. Any help would be appreciated!

What CPU are you working with? And why does your friend need two x8 slots for it? Seems a bit odd to me.
