Frustrated with Gaming Issues on My Custom PC – What Should I Do?

Hey everyone,

I'm a first-time computer builder, but I consider myself pretty tech-savvy. However, I've hit a wall with my new setup which has been very inconsistent when gaming. Here's what I've built:

- **Motherboard:** Asus z690m-ITX-ATX
- **RAM:** 16GB Crucial Ballistix
- **CPU:** Intel i5-12600k
- **Cooler:** Scythe low profile
- **GPU:** 9070XT Nitro+
- **PSU:** Corsair RME1000e
- **Case:** Montech King Pro
- **Storage:** 1TB SSD from my old Alienware Aurora r8 (no other drives)

I've been experiencing a ton of issues across various games, like:
- *Fortnite*: Crashing constantly, lower than expected FPS, stuttering
- *Tekken 8*: Weird graphics artifacts and huge performance dips that require a restart
- *Wuchang Fallen Feathers*: Totally unplayable due to FPS drops and upscale issues
- *Nightrein*: Major FPS instability and stuttering, though I managed to fix some of this with ParkControl adjustments.

I've done a full Windows reinstall (twice), checked for GPU driver updates, turned off AMD Adrenaline effects, updated the BIOS, and followed all recommended settings for power modes and resizable bar.

Am I just unlucky, or is there something else I can try?

Have you noticed if these issues happen all the time, or just when the system's under heavy load? It sounds like it could be due to the 16GB of RAM getting maxed out or maybe there are some bottlenecking or overheating issues with the CPU.

It’s actually not related to load. Like with Nightrein, I saw the problems even when the CPU and GPU usage were low. It’s weird!
