How to Restore Boot Options for Linux Mint After Resizing Windows Partition?

I've been using a dual-boot setup with Windows 10 and Linux Mint, but after I resized the C drive for Windows, the option to boot into Mint has vanished from the BIOS. My Linux partitions are still there, but I can only see Windows when I boot up. What steps can I take to regain access to Linux? I'd really appreciate any guidance on this!

You might want to boot from a live USB and check out the EFI partition. Sometimes when resizing partitions, the boot settings can get messed up, and you’ll need to fix them from a live session.

How exactly do I check the EFI partition? I'm pretty new to all of this, so any advice would help!
