Looking for Help to Build a Budget PC for My Sister’s Christmas Gift

Hey everyone! My sister has been using a really old laptop for the last 15 years and has been wanting a new PC for a while now. Additionally, her son is growing up and will soon need a computer for school tasks. I'd love to help them build a new PC this Christmas. It doesn't need to be anything overly powerful—just a reliable machine for photo viewing, basic tasks, and maybe some light gaming for her son. If anyone could help me out with a PCPartPicker list of good budget-friendly parts, I'd really appreciate it! By the way, I'm located in Austria.

For a more economical option around €600, I have another suggestion:

- **CPU:** Intel Core i3-12100F
- **Motherboard:** Same Gigabyte B760M as the first list
- **Memory:** Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB
- **Storage:** Patriot P300 1TB SSD
- **Video Card:** Intel Arc A750
- **Case:** BitFenix FLOW ATX Mid Tower
- **Power Supply:** Gigabyte P550SS 550W

This totals around €598.86, and it still performs well for both school and light gaming!

Nice build! If anyone's looking for something cheaper around €600, I suggested another setup below.
