How Can I Access the BIOS on My Old Lenovo B480 Laptop?

I'm having a tough time accessing the BIOS settings on my old Lenovo B480 laptop. I've been trying to install Debian with XFCE, but it just boots straight into Lubuntu instead. I've followed various suggestions from around the web, including:
1. Waiting at the Lenovo screen, which does nothing, it just continues to Lubuntu.
2. Hitting the F1 to F12 keys, but none of those work, even when I try them with the Fn key.
I've been struggling with this issue for a week, and I'm looking for any tips or tricks you might have. This laptop may be outdated, but it would be useful for keeping my study notes. I'm not keen on hardware solutions, so I'd appreciate software-related advice!

When trying to access BIOS, it's essential to continuously press the key right when you power it on. Some users have found success using the Delete key as well, so you might want to give that another shot. Don’t be too hard on yourself, these older BIOS setups can be really finicky! Let me know if one of these methods works for you!

I've tried spamming the keys before the laptop fully starts, and I've gone through the different keys too, including delete, but still nothing. It’s driving me nuts!
