Help! My Windows PC Won’t Boot Past BIOS and Everything’s in German!

I restarted my PC, and it sent me to the Windows recovery screen, but nothing worked, including a flash drive with recovery data. Now, it just boots straight to BIOS, which is in German, and I don't understand how to navigate or change the language. I've got some pictures for reference, but the resolution isn't great. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like you're facing a tough situation! First, try unplugging all non-essential devices connected to your PC, like printers or external hard drives, and then restart. Sometimes this can resolve boot issues. If that doesn't work, you might want to create a new Windows installation USB using another computer to reinstall Windows. Just make sure it's set to boot first in the BIOS. Once you get past the BIOS, look for an option to change the language; usually, there's a setting in the system setup.

If the BIOS is all in German, maybe try using Google Translate's camera feature on your phone to help read the menus. It might be a bit of a workaround, but it can help you find the options you need!

I get that BIOS can be frustrating, especially in a different language. Make sure your USB drive is correctly formatted before making it a recovery tool. If it still boots into BIOS only, try resetting BIOS settings to default. There’s usually an option in the BIOS menu for that.
