Help! My PC Keeps Booting into BIOS – What Should I Do?

I recently got a new monitor, and everything was working perfectly until now. I logged into Windows, opened Discord, and then stepped away for a moment. When I returned, my PC had booted into BIOS. Normally, I could just turn the PC off and back on to get rid of the BIOS screen, but this time it didn't work. When I tried to exit BIOS, a message popped up asking if I was sure I wanted to exit without making changes, and even after confirming, it just sent me back to BIOS again. I completely shut down my PC and unplugged it for five minutes, but it still goes straight into BIOS on startup. I've heard checking the boot priority could help, but I'm confused about what settings to change. My hard drive, which has the OS installed, is set as the first option in the boot priority, and I don't use any USB devices. Any advice on how to get out of this situation?

You might want to try booting in safe mode. There’s a chance that your Windows data could be corrupted, especially if you've recently had any updates. It's worth checking out!

Is that the same as Secure Boot? I noticed that Secure Boot is enabled in my settings.
