Hey everyone! I just hooked up a second monitor to my laptop, but I'm running into a bit of a problem. The monitor only connects via a VGA port, so I used a USB to VGA adapter and installed the necessary software. However, instead of functioning as a separate display, both screens are mirroring each other. I'm hoping to use the two screens for different tasks simultaneously. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

To fix the mirroring issue, right-click on your desktop and go to Display Settings. From there, find the option for multiple displays and select 'Extend display'. That should let you use both monitors independently!
