I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC where it shows no internet access despite being connected to both Ethernet and WiFi (I've tried two different networks). All my other devices are connecting fine, including my PS5 on the same Ethernet cable. I've already attempted a network reset, but that didn't resolve anything. Plus, I can't run the ipconfig commands since it says the original media isn't connected. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried going into Device Manager? Uninstall the drivers for both your Ethernet and WiFi connections, then restart your PC. Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers for you. That might do the trick!
You might want to toggle your network adapter off and then back on in Windows. Also, forgetting the WiFi network and reconnecting can sometimes help. If you haven't already, try a different Ethernet port on your router too. Additionally, check for any VPNs or firewall apps that might be blocking your connection. If those don't work, uninstall the network adapter from Device Manager and reboot your PC to let it reinstall.
Make sure to check your IP and DNS settings in the network settings. Sometimes they can cause connectivity issues.
