I'm looking to upgrade my PC but want to make sure I don't regret this decision later on. I have 32 GB of DDR4 RAM and a PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, so I'm considering whether the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 9600 XT 16 GB GDDR6 would be a good choice. Any advice?

I do plan to change my CPU eventually, just not at this moment.
