I recently dropped my iPhone 12 and now I can only make calls to cellphones, but I can't reach any businesses. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?

Have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes a simple reboot can fix unexpected problems like this.
By any chance, have you only been able to call other iPhones or Android devices? It seems like your SIM card might have gotten damaged, so you can't reach businesses. Your calls to friends and family might be working through Wi-Fi calling. You could test this by turning off Wi-Fi. Definitely contact your carrier; they should be able to help you get a new SIM card. Just a heads up, even if it's an eSIM, there's usually still a physical component, so asking for a replacement SIM card should cover it.
It sounds like this might be a problem with your phone provider. You should definitely reach out to them to see if there's something on their end that's causing this issue.
I don't think dropping your phone is the cause of this issue. Contacting your provider is the best way to go. They might be able to resolve it quickly for you.

Hmm this is interesting, I'll have to try this out. Thank you!
