Help! I Erased My iPhone by Mistake—Can I Get My Photos Back?

Last night, I made a huge mistake while trying to log out of my iCloud account on my iPhone 16 Pro. I accidentally clicked 'Erase This Device' in Find My iPhone and lost more than 2,000 precious photos, including many from my trip to Australia this February. Since then, I haven't taken any new pictures or used the camera. I've even turned off the phone and removed the SIM card. Is there any software that might help me recover my lost photos using my computer? I really appreciate any tips or suggestions and apologize if my English isn't perfect!

It's tough, but if you set up iCloud Photos previously, your pictures might still be there. Log into your iCloud account from your computer and check the Photos section. If you weren't using iCloud, there are some third-party recovery tools you could try, but results aren't guaranteed. Just make sure to read reviews before downloading any software!

Honestly, if you weren't using iCloud and you've erased everything, it might be a lost cause. Next time, just set up automatic backups through iCloud or iTunes to avoid this heartache. Better safe than sorry!

Unfortunately, recovering files on iOS once they've been erased can be really tricky. Unlike Android, iOS doesn't easily allow for recovery of deleted data unless it was backed up somewhere like iCloud. Check to see if your photos were automatically uploaded to iCloud; you might be able to find them there. If you haven't backed them up, you might want to look into some data recovery software that specifically supports iPhone, but the success rate varies.

So, just to confirm, if they weren't backed up on iCloud, there's no way to get them back?
