I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 5800X and it's reaching 83°C while gaming. The ambient temperature in my city is 34°C, which makes my PC heat up my entire room. I have a Montech 95 King Pro case but had to remove one of the bottom fans for my 9070XT Red Devil GPU. I'm considering switching my air cooler to a Montech Hyperflow 360. Will this help lower my CPU temperature or is there a better way to address the heat problem?

Changing to an AIO cooler like the Montech Hyperflow 360 might not significantly reduce temperatures, especially with your ambient temp being 34°C. What might work better is tweaking BIOS settings. Try enabling PBO and setting a negative curve optimization; starting around -15 could help lower temps without compromising performance too much.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
If your main issue is that your PC is heating up your room, then switching coolers might not help much. The heat your components generate will still end up in the room. To actually cool down your room, you might want to improve airflow or add ventilation. Your CPU's temperature itself doesn't affect the room's heat since it's just transferring that heat into your space.
Yeah, the wattage from your components is what ends up heating the room, not necessarily the temperature of the CPU. If your goal is purely to manage CPU temperature, then a new cooler could help, but at 83°C under load, you're not in a bad place. I wouldn't worry too much unless it goes above 90°C.

Thanks for the suggestions! I definitely need to look at the BIOS settings.
