Hey everyone, I've been having a frustrating issue with my Lenovo laptop lately. It's been freezing at random times, especially when I pause videos or during restarts, which forces me to do a hard shutdown and restart. It happens several times a day, and I've tried searching for solutions but nothing seems to work. I did notice that the self-diagnosing tool can't connect to Wi-Fi and never finishes the diagnosis. I'm not sure if this is a software or hardware problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Diagnosing laptop issues can be tricky. First, check your Task Manager to see if any programs are under heavy load when this happens—especially if you're using Chrome, as it can consume a ton of RAM and potentially cause freezes.
I get that you're frustrated! However, since the freezing even occurs during restarts, it's probably not just about the browser. It might be worth looking into hardware issues or updating your drivers.
