I currently have a 1TB HDD and a 256GB SSD, and I'm looking to add another SSD to my setup. Which option is better for me in the long run: a 2TB Kingston KC3000 or a 1TB Samsung 990 Pro? I plan to mostly use the SSD for general tasks and gaming, without much editing involved.

Go for the 2TB Kingston. You'll find the extra space to be much more beneficial in the long run compared to the speed of the Samsung.

Isn't their performance pretty similar?
