I downloaded an info stealer lately and have already changed my passwords, but I have a couple of questions. First, if I restart my computer, will the malware run again? Second, does restarting my system help fix the issue, or what else can I do? I think the malware I downloaded is something called ClickFix.

It's likely that the malware will run again when you turn your PC back on. A simple restart probably won’t fix the problem. You'll want to completely remove the malicious software and any associated files. To do this, start by using the uninstall feature in your Control Panel. Then, run a malware scanner to clean up your system. If possible, create a Windows installation media on a USB drive using another computer. This can help ensure that you can do a clean install of Windows, which is a more effective way to eliminate the malware completely. Just make sure to back up all your important data before proceeding!

First thing you should do is disconnect your PC from the internet and shut it down. After that, go to your accounts (ideally from a secure device) and secure them again, starting with your email and phone. If you changed passwords before shutting down, those might be compromised again. A secure wipe and a fresh Windows installation would be the safest route to ensure all traces of the malware are gone.
